These are a delicious treat, and one of my personal favorites. I hope you enjoy them too!
1 cup almond meal/ flour
1 cup roll oats
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup flaxseed meal if desired
1 egg or egg replacer
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbs butter
Preheat oven to 375
Mix all ingredients together
Create flat cookies and place on baking pan. Place in oven for ten min or until edges turn brown.
Let cool before removing from pan
