No Bake Lactation Cookies

2 cups of organic sugar, stevia or xylitol
 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup organic milk or lactose free milk
1/2 cup butter (I used homemade)
 1/4 cup flax seed
1 tbsp debittered brewers yeast
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract/paste
 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of natural creamy peanut butter or homemade PB
3 cups of old fashioned oats
Directions: In a saucepan over medium heat combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, butter, flax seed and yeast. Bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Once it begins to boil set the timer and boil for 1 full minute. Stirring most of the minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt then peanut butter. Once all PB is melted stir in the oats. Stir until all oats are covered in the cocoa mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let harden. Usually sets in 15 mins but can take up to 1 hour.
  Enjoy!!
***Note: if it is rainy or humid out increase the boiling time by 10-30 seconds. If it is very dry then decrease boiling time by 10-30 seconds. That is the trick is these setting properly and not becoming runny or falling apart dry. :)***
