1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tbs confectioners sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
Whip heavy whipping cream until it's almost about to peak, than add the confectioners sugar and vanilla. Continue whipping until it peaks. Be careful not to whip it too long or you will have some very sweet butter!!
